About Coach Jaison
I have always been an advocate for change but on my early years of life I chose the wrong Proffesion of an engineer. There is nothing as cool as seeing people living in peace and harmony, where people did not live in anger and fear but with joy and happiness. There came a time where I had to respond on my calling to become a life coach, although it came at a painful time when I was laying on a hospital bed not knowing whether I was ever going to walk again.
I left my Proffesion of a Metallurgical engineer and became a training and skill development Facilitator. At the time of my accident and divorce I was working as a Facilitator/ Trainer that proved to be stressful with working away from home and being on the road always. I went into a period of self discovery and ventured out in my own coaching business. Always when you follow your life purpose things start to make sense.
Today I am a founder of a coaching company, a Founder of a digital Magazine and an Author. The time to claim my own power, build my self-respect, be secure in my own skin and build self-confidence had come. Before committing to helping people I had to coach myself especially after leaving a Career and a 10 year marriage.
I am one person that is normally guided by value and my two highest values is not to be second in command (I am not a morning Sir type of person) and making other people unhappy.
I needed help to achieve my dream because I knew that I was not going to make it with willpower alone. And if I achieved my dream, my reward would be to help others achieve theirs. My reward will be to support people in self-growth, to use different coaching techniques to create the life of their dreams, find self-love and self-respect.
I am sharing this with you, because I am so excited about the possibilities out there for each and every one of us. Through this Transformational Process, what affects us in life is not whats happens but the meaning we give to what is happening. I have discovered not only who I really am, but I found self-worth. If I could change myself, you can also change. I have found the right tools to do so.
I am by no means complete, yet. It is an ongoing job, but I have now taken charge of my life. I no longer sit back and wait for life to happen to me. I make life happen. My life is focused on what serves me, I don’t wait for validation from people and I don’t do what others think is right for me.
